So excited to feature Amanda and Nathan’s Old Town Alexandria engagement session on the Blog today! Amanda and Nathan have known each other for many years. The couple actually met while they were in high school! Despite attending different colleges, Nathan (now a Marine officer) and Amanda (a registered dietitian/nutritionist) were clearly meant to be. The couple got engaged last fall during a romantic date night at home. Nathan showed his chef skills by preparing a steak dinner with wine and culminated the evening asking the big question – and of course the night ended with Amanda saying YES! We met for their engagement session bright and early, and I loved spending time and getting to know them better. It was delightful listening to them describe one of their favorite activities together – baking! I know you can’t tell from the photos, but being in front of the camera may not have been Nathan’s favorite thing… Amanda was clearly a natural! The camera loved them both!!! I’m already looking forward to their September wedding at Bull Run Golf Club!
