It thrills me to see love and life continue in 2020! Sabrina and Rahul’s micro wedding is a perfect example…their distanced/safe backyard wedding celebration was beautiful and elegant. Interestingly, I met our bride Sabrina for the first time ON the wedding day – so I was a little nervous beforehand. No sooner than we’d met though, I knew documenting the day for her and Rahul was going to be delightful! After the bride was ready, she shared a first look with Rahul in the backyard. Sabrina looked gorgeous in her Augusta Jones dress…even her future father-in-law, when he saw her, remarked “You look like an Arabian Princess!”
The ceremony was set in the backyard with friends and family tuned in via Zoom. Another unique detail about their day was the ceremony was officiated via Zoom! After exchanging rings, the couple also exchanged beautiful floral garlands. Once the ceremony ended, the couple took time to say hello to family and friends who had tuned in via Zoom, and then it was time for bride and groom portraits! We found perfect spots for beautiful wedding images – even in the neighborhood! Their October wedding day was warm and sunny, and we chased the light…literally around the neighborhood! This perfect day culminated with a reception on the deck, which was beautifully decorated for an intimate celebration. All the best wishes to these gorgeous newlyweds!
